If you aren't satisfied with your order for any reason, please let us know. We will do our best to make things right.
Yarn purchased online may be returned within 60 days with a receipt or order number as long as it is in unused condition. We understand that it may take longer for you to finish your project and realize you have excess yarn. After 60 days you may exchange the yarn for store credit as long as we are still stocking the yarn.
Needles and accessories may not be returned due to the ease of using them and repackaging them.
Book, magazines, and patterns may not be returned to protect copyright laws. If you purchase a book or magazine with a printing or binding defect, we can replace it with the same book or magazine.
To start a return, you can contact us at pearl@knittycitynyc.com. If your return due to our error or a manufacturer error, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for shipping returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
